Before establishing Studio AIRD in 2020, Satish worked with leading design consultancies, a multinational project management company, one of India’s leading hospitality groups, and a major retail organization. Since then, Studio AIRD has designed more than 200 projects including retail rollouts, corporate offices, villas, malls, factories, exhibitions, recording studios, and institutional spaces. His work focuses on integrating creativity with practical execution through thoughtful design, off-site construction systems, and precision-led design-build solutions. With over 33 years of multidisciplinary experience across architecture, interiors, retail, hospitality, project management, and execution, he is driven by curiosity and continuous learning, his design approach is deeply influenced by painting, photography, travel, biking, and a close observation of construction methods, materials, and human experiences within spaces.
