Studio AIRD is a multidisciplinary design-build practice based in India, delivering premium office, residential, and retail environments.
Our work is guided by three principles - clarity in design, discipline in engineering, and precision in execution.
Unlike traditional design firms or pure contractors, we operate as a hybrid model. Our core team retains control over design, engineering coordination, specifications, procurement systems, and financial oversight, while execution is delivered through a curated network of specialized partners.
