The proposed 2-storey building comprising commercial and retail premises is at Civil Lines, and is set become the hub of this prime location. The building has a double-height ground floor with full-height windows to provide vibrance and visual connection to the outdoors. The 25,000 sq. ft. net area is designed with minimal on-floor columns.
Granite borders in sleek straight lines on the façade accentuate the minimalistic approach while a distinctive glass-covered pergola at the roof level coffee shop signals the clever blend of experiencing the outdoors from within.
Entrances to the building are prominently located for easy and comfortable access.
