This project is a unique combination of renovation with a new design, spread over 3 floors and a terrace garden, admeasuring approximately 20000 sq. ft. (approx. 5000 sq. ft. on each floor).
The ground floor renovation is the perfect combination of comfort and sophistication while retaining the original character. As the family loves entertaining, we intentionally took a minimalist approach and selected harmonious statement pieces. It is distinctly contemporary, with strong lines and abundant texture, yet practical and useful.
The 2 upper floors are recent additions that conform to the design theme on the ground floor with personalization on each floor.
The Terrace Garden is designed for social gatherings and includes a Covered Dining and Bar, a Splash Pool, a Dance floor, a Gazebo Bar, and a tastefully designed landscaped terrace garden.
